The Client Home Specialistsells new accounts in keeping with firm and individual goals. Home Specialists build relationships with prospects, service team, insurance companypartnersand centers of influence, whilesolicitingsales prospects specializing in home insurance products.

What is a Client Home Specialist?

  • This is a title we use for our licensed InsuranceAgent.

  • We are the 12th largest insurance broker in the USA and the 10th fastest growing broker in the USA

  • This is an outbound and inbound phone sales position with warm leads provided

  • We will take care ofalllicensingandyou will be paid for all studying and taking a60 houronline course all about property and casualty insurance - There is a test at the end ofthe processto earn your P&C license (20-44)

  • This is a base pay ($41,600) pluscommission.Wewill discuss commissions inperson.It'sa60-70K position allinfirstyearand grows each year as you get moreexperience.

  • This is not a remote position. Our Address is 6413 Congress Avenue Suite 260 Boca Raton, FL 33487 - Remote status can be earned with highperformance!

  • Hours are M-F 9-5

  • W-2 position with benefits and 401K plus 45 shares of stock options as a sign on bonus

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Gathers information and develops recommendations for prospective clients, presents proposals in a professional manner byreviewingcoveragesindetail to ensure understanding, while adhering to firm policies and procedures.

  • Communicates with clients, prospects, insurance company partners, and service team in an articulate and effective manner.

  • Finalizes the sale, coordinates collection ofdeposits,arrangesforbinders and certificates, and briefs the service team on the policy sale.

  • Maintains a concern for accuracy, timeliness and completion when interacting with current and prospective clients, the firm and insurance company partners to minimize potential for errors and omissions claimswhiledemonstratingstrongorganizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Maintains understanding and knowledgeofinsuranceindustryand underwriting criteria for insurance company partners represented by the firm to effectivelycommunicatetoallinvolved.

  • Expected to meet monthly new business goals.

  • Performs other functions as assigned by leadership.

  • Looks for opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes. Brings issues and discrepancies to the attention ofappropriate leadership.

Education, Experience,Skillsand Abilities Requirements:

  • We will train people that come to firm with strong interpersonal skills and an amazing attitude.

  • Hospitality, various salesbackgrounds,restaurant,car sales, etc. We are open to a variety of experiences.

  • Self-starter with the ability to influence others through effective verbal and written presentation skills.

  • Intermediate toadvancedknowledgeof Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ability tolearnappropriateinsurancecompanyandfirm software systems.

  • Demonstrates the firm's core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the corporate culture.
