Overview
We have an exciting End User Computing Engineer Opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group. We are a national organization, and one of the nation's largest providers of prenatal, neonatal and pediatric services.

Responsibilities
The End User Computing (EUC) Engineer is responsible for the overall lifecycle (plan, build, run) of all enterprise endpoints including laptops, desktops and mobile devices. Develops and maintains system images, application packages and patch management for all endpoints in the enterprise. Partners with other key engineering teams and security to ensure strategy and architecture support the overall IT strategy and key system integrations. You will be a recognized Subject Matter Expert and manage large projects and processes with suitable support. You will be willing to work with colleagues to improve the skills of others in the team. Your outputs are likely to have a broad impact on the business with high visibility.
  • Design, develop & maintain all system images for laptops, desktops & mobile devices.
  • Certify all new hardware and software for endpoints in the environment prior to purchase or release.
  • Leverage modern industry leading deployment technologies for overall endpoint management that also optimizes the employee experience
  • Updates and patches all OS & application patches and vulnerabilities
  • Creates and maintains application packages developing a software store for employees to download required software
  • Ensures all endpoints meet security requirements
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) administration
  • Design and maintain Microsoft Azure AD management as it impacts the endpoint space
  • Audits and analyzes data to ensure processes are followed and standards are maintained
  • Provides tier 3 desktop support
  • Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects/ assignments.
  • Responsible for making adjustments or recommended enhancements to systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
  • Problems and issues faced are general and may require understanding of broader set of issues but typically are not complex.
  • Works on problems that may require understanding of other job areas.
  • May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
  • 2 years' experience in the end user compute space
  • Experience in endpoint management: install, support, configure, evaluate, maintain, monitor, and analyze systems and software in both mobile and PC devices.
  • Experience with application upgrades, security patching, and platform updates
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Autopilot, Intune/endpoint manager

Knowledge/Skills:
  • Understanding of hardware and software dependencies
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements
  • Strong team player who can work across multiple functional areas and disciplines with attention to detail
