This is where you and your skills come in. We're looking for an early-career AI Forward-Deployed Engineer to join our AIR Pro team and help build AI-powered customer experiences. This role is designed for recent graduates who enjoy solving technical problems, building software, working directly with users, and learning in fast-moving environments.

As an AI Forward-Deployed Engineer, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business challenges into real AI solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience deploying AI systems, integrating customer platforms, and helping drive measurable business outcomes.

Job Duties:

Customer Discovery & Problem Solving

  • Learn customer workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation

  • Gather requirements and help translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Support workshops and discovery sessions with customers and internal teams

  • Help define metrics for success and business outcomes

AI Development & Deployment

  • Build and test AI workflows using large language models and agent frameworks

  • Assist with retrieval pipelines, prompt engineering, and API integrations

  • Support integrations with customer systems such as CRMs and ticketing tools

  • Monitor AI performance and participate in improving model behavior over time

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer teams

  • Assist in customer demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects

  • Document best practices and lessons learned from customer implementations

Desired Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred), Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field

  • Recent graduate (0-2 years experience)

  • Coursework or projects involving:

    • AI/ML

    • Large Language Models

    • APIs

    • Software development

  • Programming experience in:

    • Python

    • JavaScript or Java

    • Basic backend development concepts

  • Strong communication skills and interest in customer-facing work

  • Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $122,00 and $175,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
