Entry-Level Automotive Technician
Location: Arlington, TX (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday (Saturdays as Needed)

Position Overview
MEI Group is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in automotive repair. Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll perform routine maintenance, assist with vehicle repairs, and gain valuable hands-on experience while developing your technical skills.

What You'll Do
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
  • Assist experienced technicians with mechanical repairs and vehicle diagnostics.
  • Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or repair needs.
  • Complete repair orders and service documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Participate in company training and continue developing technical skills.
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Basic automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude.
  • Previous experience in automotive maintenance, lube services, or personal vehicle repair is a plus but not required.

Requirements

  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including occasional Saturdays as business needs require.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and verify authorization to work in the United States.
