Job description

Automotive Accessory Installer

Mobile Clear Shield is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Automotive Accessory Installer to join our team!

If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with your hands, and can maintain exceptional quality while working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

This position requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing craftsmanship.

What You'll Do
  • Install PPF on small, high-traffic areas of vehicles
  • Install screen protectors on automotive infotainment systems
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces and screens for installation
  • Ensure installations are clean, precise, and free of visible imperfections
  • Perform quality-control inspections on completed work
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
  • Handle vehicles and customer property with care and professionalism
  • Follow Mobile Clear Shield installation procedures and quality standards
  • Communicate professionally with team members and dealership personnel
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and installation supplies
  • Assist with other operational duties as needed
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Fast, efficient, and highly detail-oriented
  • Committed to producing high-quality work every time
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment
  • Able to work with precision while maintaining productivity
  • Dependable, punctual, and accountable
  • A hands-on problem solver
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving their technique
  • Professional when working around dealership personnel and customer vehicles
  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
  • Someone who takes pride in delivering a finished product that looks clean and professional
Speed Meets Quality

At Mobile Clear Shield, we understand that working quickly is important but quality always comes first.

The ideal installer knows how to find the balance between speed, consistency, and craftsmanship. You'll be working in a production-focused environment where efficiency matters, but rushing through an installation at the expense of quality is never acceptable.

Experience

Previous experience installing PPF, window film, screen protectors, vinyl, automotive accessories, or other detail-oriented products is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Why Join Mobile Clear Shield?

At Mobile Clear Shield, our reputation is built on the quality of our work and the service we provide to our dealership partners. You'll be joining a growing team where your work directly contributes to our success.

If you're someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is ready to work hard, work efficiently, and produce high-quality results, we'd love to have you on our team!

Come grow with Mobile Clear Shield and help us deliver a level of quality our dealership partners can count on.
