We take pride in delivering clean, professional installations and working as a tight-knit team on projects ranging from luxury homes to commercial AV systems.
Our goal is to be the best AV company in Tulsa by taking exceptional care of our clients and building lifelong relationships, not just making a sale for today. We believe great work, honesty, attention to detail, and treating people the right way are what set us apart.
We're looking for a Technician Apprentice, Entry-Level AV Technician, or Low-Voltage Technician who can handle basic install tasks and is ready to grow into a more advanced role in the custom integration, low-voltage, and home automation industry.
Pay & Benefits
  • $16-$20/hour (based on experience)
  • Health insurance (Employer Premium Contribution Included)
  • Dental available
  • 401K with match
  • Up to 10 days PTO
  • Tools provided (Job Use)

What You'll Do
  • Mount TVs and assist with home theater installations alongside experienced technicians
  • Run and terminate low-voltage wiring and structured cabling
  • Hook up and assist with configuration of audio/video equipment
  • Assist with installation of WiFi, networking, surveillance camera, and security systems
  • Support lighting control, smart home automation, motorized shades, and basic control system installs
  • Work as part of a team on larger installations that require multiple technicians
  • Learn installation best practices for rack systems, and cable management from senior team members
  • Receive hands-on training and mentorship while building technical skills and industry experience

You'll be working closely with experienced technicians and installers who will guide and support you as you learn. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is eager to grow in the industry. You will not be expected to know everything on day one or work independently without support.
What We're Looking For
  • AV, low voltage, construction, electrical helper, home automation, or related experience
  • Ability to run and terminate Cat5, Cat6, speaker wire, coax, and low-voltage cabling with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable mounting TVs and handling basic installation tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, heat/cold, and active construction job sites
  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
  • Interest in technology, smart homes, networking, or audio/video systems

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable driving record required
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check consistent with applicable law and client-site requirements
  • Be able to lift heavy items (60+ lbs)

The Work
Most days involve installing AV systems, home theater systems, smart home automation, surveillance cameras, networking equipment, distributed audio, and low-voltage systems in homes and businesses around the Tulsa area. This is hands-on work, ladders, attics, crawl spaces, and job sites are part of the job. You'll be expected to handle basic tasks while supporting more experienced technicians on larger or more complex installs.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a career as an AV technician, low-voltage technician, smart home installer, cable technician, field technician, or home automation technician.
