Job description

The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable about emerging AI-driven marketing tools, trends, and strategies, and is eager to apply them to improve campaign performance, automation, personalization, and operational efficiency. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity with significant room for growth.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Create, test, proofread, and manage Pardot email templates
  • Develop and maintain Pardot automation and engagement programs
  • Assign and manage campaign codes
  • Send, monitor, and report on email campaigns, automations, and daily marketing blasts
  • Primary responsibility for creating and managing landing pages using Unbounce
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create and adjust email and landing page templates
  • Maintain email compatibility across Windows Outlook, Web, and Mobile Email Browsers
  • Manage the integrity of Pardot data in sync with Salesforce records
  • Develop views and reports to support results analysis and communication
  • Utilize Excel for reporting, list processing, and advanced data analysis (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, charts)
  • Work closely with the Mass Market team to place and distribute marketing content
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and addressing roadblocks

ABOUT YOU:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, with minimum 3.0 GPA
  • 0-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role
  • Pardot certification or experience with a leading marketing automation platform is a plus
  • Experience with email and landing page templates (Pardot preferred)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation, list management, and customer response flows
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Adobe Suite and/or Canva
  • Basic HTML editing skills are a plus
  • Image processing skills (e.g., resizing and cropping) using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Knowledge and interest in financial markets
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and strategies, including content generation, workflow automation, audience segmentation, analytics, and campaign optimization
  • Stays current on emerging trends and best practices in AI marketing
