We are seeking an entry-level Probe Engineer to support wafer-level electrical testing and data analysis for semiconductor devices. The candidate will work closely with product, process, and test engineering teams to improve probe yield, ensure data accuracy, and support new product introduction (NPI).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and wafer fabrication processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or academic experience in semiconductor testing or lab environment
  • Basic knowledge of ATE systems or wafer-level test

  • Perform wafer probing and electrical testing using automatic test equipment (ATE)
