Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 per year depending your skills and years of experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in engineering services related to automation, control, and communication systems.
  • Develop and configure HMI screens, managed switches, and LAN systems.
  • Support the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of SCADA and automation systems.
  • Learn and apply cybersecurity standards for critical infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on project planning, scope development, and execution.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and field inspections to gain hands-on industry exposure.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Engineering Technology graduates welcome!).
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience (internships and co-ops count!).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Interest in renewable energy, automation, and utility projects.
  • Familiarity with GE, Siemens, ABB, SEL, or similar automation software (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to interpret schematics, control logic, and device programming.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a team-driven environment.
  • Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is a plus.
