Entry-Level Project Manager (SWPPP/Autocad) - Lake Mary, FL
Path Light Pro is seeking a dynamic and talented Full-Time Project Manager to join our team! Our client-focused firm has a strong culture rooted in trust, integrity, professionalism and excellence. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to (reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions):
  • Create Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) for construction activities
  • Review and create NPDES related permits
  • Research site information by navigating state and federal GIS site
  • Create and assess the best solution as it pertains to soil characteristics, topographical features, surrounding impaired waters, information provided from additional research
  • Build knowledge of local and national stormwater regulations using day to day experience with construction general permits
  • Read, review, and analyze land surveys and construction plans
  • Construct technical narratives relevant to site specific information and stormwater permit requirements
  • Communication, both written and verbal, with clients and coworkers is an enormous part of this position
  • Other tasks and duties assigned may be assigned

Requirements
  • Training Certification or Associates Degree in Drafting or Engineering Technology preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge in AutoCAD is a must, AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Basic knowledge of construction, civil engineering principles, practices and methods as applicable to a stormwater design desired
  • Highly detailed oriented, strong problem solving, documentation and research as well as analytical skills
  • Team-oriented but able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of topography maps
