Entry Level Staff Auditor
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Staff Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with financial statement audits, internal audits, and other assurance services for a variety of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to different industries and build a strong foundation in auditing.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in planning and risk assessment activities for financial statement audits, internal audits, and other assurance services
  • Assist in the execution of audit procedures, including testing of controls and substantive testing.
  • Prepare workpapers that document the results of audit procedures performed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the timely completion of audit engagements
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Keep up-to-date with accounting and auditing standards, rules, and regulations
  • Attend training sessions and actively seek out learning opportunities to develop technical and professional skills
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship, academic, or entry‑level audit experience preferred
  • CPA preferred or 150 credit hours to sit for the CPA exam
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required)
