These roles typically involve assisting with the examination and verification of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Entry level auditors may work under the supervision of senior auditors, help prepare audit reports, and learn about auditing standards and procedures. These positions are often found in public accounting firms, corporations, or government agencies, and usually require a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
