Traffic Jam Broadcast Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated Video / Software Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with video and software systems, and learning in a hands-on technology environment.

The successful candidate must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

What You'll Do

As a Video / Software Engineer, you'll help maintain, support, and enhance the technology behind our video broadcast and production operations. Your responsibilities will include :

• Support, maintain, configure, and install video broadcast and production systems at our Las Vegas data center.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including problems not covered by existing procedures or documentation.
• Develop and implement improvements to existing in-house products and systems, including source-code upgrades.
• Maintain and enhance proactive monitoring systems to identify potential technical issues before they impact operations.
• Monitor system performance and respond quickly and effectively to technical issues.
• Provide general IT and desktop support to our growing team of remote employees.
• Document solutions and contribute to the development of technical procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Networking certification or demonstrated networking knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Understanding of computer networking, servers, and data center infrastructure.
• An interest in video, broadcast technology, software development, and emerging technologies.
