Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting project managers and estimators with construction office & fieldwork.

Entry-level! We'll provide all the tools and training you need to excel in this role!

Responsibilities:

  • Help prepare & maintain a log of submittals, daily reports, and safety reports.
  • Work with Project managers to obtain field dimensions required to complete the work.
  • Submit timely RFI’s track responses & maintain logs.
  • Identify all safety requirements
  • Manage field installations - Schedule workers in the field, and coordinate schedules with available manpower, collect timesheets, deliver paychecks, order equipment.
  • Read and interpret Drawings, Plans, Sketches.
