Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: 75% on-field assignment to ensure materials are efficiently logged, stored, and mapped.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct onsite inventory checks for consumables.
  • Documentation: Compile daily activity reports, attend, and document onsite meetings, maintain a photographic record of the entire project, and track production and attendance.
  • Liaison: Collate daily reports from Super/Foreman for customer delivery, track field requests to the office and customer, and serve as the primary contact for field deliveries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with submittals, RFI’s, purchasing, project schedule updates, understanding and interpreting blueprints, and assisting with pricing.
  • Cross-departmental Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between detailing, project management, and the shop.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor material purchases, fabrication, deliveries to the field, and maintain an updated set of shop drawings showcasing work completion.
  • Reporting: Draft memorandums, letters, and other documentation as directed. Track hours and progress to ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
  • Forecasting: Anticipate the needs of field employees, schedule material deliveries, and project future material requirements.
