Core Responsibilities:
  • Complete HVAC estimates from Blueprints or performing project walk/meetings with clients.
  • Obtain quotes from vendors for equipment and materials as specified on blueprints.
  • Submit estimates by the specified due date.
  • Create submittals, O&M's, and contracts.
  • Understand pay apps and billing cycles.
  • Heat Calculations using Wrightsoft (training provided if needed).
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with existing customers as well as establishing new clients.
  • Order all equipment and materials from vendors for projects, coordinate deliveries and returns to and from job sites, coordinate material production schedule with the Shop/ Production Manager.
  • Verify counts and prices on shipments.
  • Maintain computerized purchase order systems.
  • Assist in product and material research for technicians.
  • Plan, Schedule, Conduct and track regular safety training and safety inspections.
  • Communicate clearly, show recognition and build rapport with employees, co-workers, customers, and vendors.
