  • Perform cleaning, testing, assembly, inspection, and related support tasks on precision parts and assemblies
  • Use metrology equipment including CMMs, optical microscopes, and other precision instruments
  • Perform data entry, work tracking, and effective communication with team members and leadership
  • Actively seek out and provide feedback on process improvements and efficiency opportunities to engineering/leadership
  • Keep a clean and safe work environment following company guidelines

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of professional work experience using precision tools (torque tools, precision metrology instruments, precision testing equipment)

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with micron or sub-micron tolerance parts and how to handle/inspect them
  • Experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing company, a precision manufacturing company, or high-volume manufacturing company
  • Experience operating CMM or other metrology equipment
  • Experience with data entry and work tracking systems
  • Exposure to precision machining or diamond turning environments

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift hours, overtime, and weekends as needed. Estimated shift times: 1st shift (6:00AM - 4:30PM), 2nd shift (4:00PM to 2:30AM )
  • Must be available to work 10-hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to stand for extended periods - 8 hours min
  • Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces
  • Ability to work in an environment with repetitive movement, bending or twisting, using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls, exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
Level 1: $22.00 - $26.50
Level 2: $25.50 - $31.00
Level 3: $29.50 - $37.00
