  • Monitor the progress of clients throughout their treatment journeys, adjusting plans as necessary to promote effective coping mechanisms.
  • Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships.
  • Document client interactions and progress in a clear and concise manner while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who seek to enhance their mental well-being. This demographic encompasses individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, from mild anxiety to more chronic concerns. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • You must be fully licensed to practice independently as one of the following:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No limitations on licensure or history of disciplinary actions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are crucial for client engagement.
  • Strong computer literacy for using our telehealth platform and documentation systems.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
