• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing technology.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Montage Health Care Inc., you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will focus on helping these individuals enhance their quality of life by developing effective coping mechanisms and life skills. The diverse nature of our client base ensures that you will encounter a broad spectrum of cases, allowing you to refine your skills in different therapeutic settings.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Applicants with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
• No disciplinary actions or ethical violations in prior practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a nurturing and supportive disposition.
• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in telehealth platforms.

• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with solution-based treatment modalities will be considered a significant asset.
