Assembly Production Operator – NGC
Las Vegas, NV, On-site, Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:15am - 5pm schedule.
We’re looking for Assembly Production Operators to join our NGC division and support the careful encapsulation of collectible Coins in our new Las Vegas, NV offices. This is an entry-level position—no prior experience in a production environment necessary—and a great opportunity to start a career with a growing company in the collectibles industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION OPERATOR:
  • Handle raw collectible products with precision and care in preparation for encapsulation.
  • Operate electronic and manual equipment to perform multi-step encapsulation processes.
  • Follow detailed production procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor production materials and finished products to identify any issues or defects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate any workflow challenges or quality concerns.
  • Support additional production tasks as needed based on business demand.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • 1–2 years of consistent work experience in any field is preferred; prior experience in a production or operations environment is not required.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate materials with care.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Availability to work overtime hours as needed.
