Location: Bolton, CT
Pay: $17–$18 DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Employment Solutions is hiring Entry-Level Assembly candidates for a manufacturing facility in Bolton, CT. This position offers hands-on training and is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in production and assembly.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble small electro-mechanical components
  • Operate winding machines and perform hand assembly tasks
  • Conduct basic visual and quality inspections
  • Follow detailed work instructions using an iPad or digital system
