  • Opportunity to develop specialized brazing and assembly skills
  • Hands-on work with tools, equipment, and precision components
  • Opportunity to build your manufacturing experience and grow your skill set
  • Great fit for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy hands-on work

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Technician – Brazing, you’ll be responsible for assembling components and performing brazing operations according to established specifications and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing brazing and assembly operations according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
  • Preparing, positioning, aligning, and fitting components before brazing
  • Operating brazing equipment, torches, fixtures, and related hand tools
  • Inspecting completed assemblies for proper fit, appearance, and workmanship
  • Measuring components using basic precision measuring tools as required
  • Identifying defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues and reporting them appropriately
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Following company safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Completing production documentation and inspection records accurately
  • Assisting with other assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing tasks as needed

What You Bring

You’re someone who enjoys working with your hands, learning how things fit together, and taking pride in producing quality work.

Qualifications:

  • Previous brazing, soldering, welding, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and follow basic drawings, work instructions, and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks
  • Ability to safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with copper, brass, steel, aluminum, or similar materials
  • Manufacturing or production assembly experience
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring equipment
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or quality-control practices
