Paver Operator Reno, NV

AC Moate Industries is hiring an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our paving crew in the Reno area. Were looking for someone who knows how to run a paver, work with a crew, and put down a clean, consistent mat.


What Youll Do

  • Operate asphalt paver on commercial projects
  • Control speed, grade, and material flow
  • Work closely with screed, roller operators, and foreman
  • Ensure smooth, even asphalt placement
  • Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Follow safety procedures on active job sites


What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years experience operating an asphalt paver
  • Strong understanding of grade, slope, and asphalt placement
  • Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions
  • Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
