  • Full-time, In-Person (33.75 paid hours/week)

About the Role
Hello ASL Paras! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an ASL Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year in the Burnsville, MN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What We're Looking For
  • Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR
  • Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
  • Must pass drug screening and background check
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
