Job Description

We are seeking dedicated full-time Production Associates to join our expanding team. Due to increased success over the years, we need additional team members to help fulfill customer orders. Open to entry level candidates with some experience using hand or power tools as we provide training and mentorship programs.

Responsibilities

  • Work with hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure, to assemble structural components.
  • Ensure safety and quality are prioritized daily.
  • Read and understand shop details and job instructions.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent working relationships.

Essential Skills

  • Mechanical inclination.
  • Proficiency with a tape measure.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work comfortably with a tape measure.
  • Experience in construction, carpentry, landscaping, or assembly is a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime.

Work Environment

Our work environment focuses on wood processing and manufacturing operations, occasionally exposing employees to outside weather conditions. Most work is conducted in non-climate controlled environments, and we have several production buildings with potential for expansion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
