The Opportunity: A Dual-Track Apprenticeship

This is a paid, entry-level externship designed for candidates with zero prior dental experience. Unlike traditional schools, we provide the training, mentorship, and financial sponsorship for your required dental certifications and licensing.

You will master two essential sides of the industry:

1. Clinical Excellence (The Art of Care)

  • Assist dentists and specialists during complex procedures.

  • Learn to take high-quality dental records and x-rays.

  • Master clinical workflows, sterilization, and infection control.

  • Directly support patient comfort and wellness.

  • • Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties to maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional office environment.

2. Business Operations (The Science of Success)
