The Quick Lube Technician is an entry-level role that provides an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of vehicle maintenance. In this position, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers' vehicles receive the essential care they need. This role emphasizes exceptional teamwork and the ability to tackle intricate tasks with precision and efficiency. Join our dynamic team and be a part of a fast-paced, rewarding environment, all while earning a competitive hourly wage.

 **Key Responsibilities: **

  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
  • Accurately complete the multi-point inspection form for each vehicle.
  • Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
  • Ensure that customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when they were brought in.
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of new technologies and best practices.
  • Automotive technical school certifications are preferred.
  • Previous experience is highly preferred; apprenticeship experience is a plus.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
  • Must have basic tools.

Qualifications & requirements:Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
