Milton Martin Toyota is hiring a Full-Time Quick Lube Technician to join our award-winning service team in Gainesville, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry.
Whether you have previous automotive experience or simply enjoy working on vehicles, we provide training, support, and opportunities for advancement. As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and preventative services while working alongside experienced automotive professionals.
What You'll Do
  • Perform routine scheduled vehicle maintenance services
  • Complete oil changes, fluid inspections, and fluid replacements
  • Replace oil, engine air, and cabin air filters
  • Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections (MPI)
  • Identify maintenance concerns and communicate recommendations
  • Complete top, middle, and bottom-level maintenance services according to manufacturer standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the service department
  • Properly use and care for dealership tools and equipment
  • Participate in Toyota and Milton Martin Toyota training programs
  • Follow all safety procedures and dealership service standards

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a lube technician, automotive technician, oil change technician, mechanic apprentice, or similar role is helpful but not required
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
