The Managed Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant will act as an account manager and solutions provider for Managed Microsoft 365 clients. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker, self-motivator problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills. This candidate will thrive in a cohesive, result-oriented environment and embrace real responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Capture client requirements, validate service delivery, and serve as a Microsoft 365 advisor.

  • Design and refine end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365, and share findings with team and clients.

  • Identify opportunities to extend additional services to clients based on organizational needs, even those outside of the Microsoft 365 scope.

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), delivering full solutions and substantial change recommendations.

  • Manage infrastructure operations, implement security and compliance practices, and troubleshoot business application issues.

  • Evaluate projects holistically within client environments and identify potential crossover with other services.

  • Assist with project scoping, oversee deployment, and ensure ongoing service alignment with client needs.

  • Provide remote support for users of varying technical skill levels and maintain awareness of service changes and strategies.

  • Research and recommend steps to address Microsoft 365 alerts and needs.

  • Stay informed of changes and strategies regarding Microsoft 365 services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years' experience utilizing Microsoft 365 workloads

  • Provide solutions that meet business objectives

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members

  • Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at once

  • Knowledge of IT service management tools and processes (helpdesk, ticketing, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience

  • IT consulting experience with mid-market clients

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and M365 backup solutions

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • At least two Microsoft 365 certifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
