Operate machinery and package product - Employee Owned Company - Growth opportunities - good workplace culture!  

Entry level and experienced operators welcome to apply! We are looking for people who want to build a career and expand their skills in manufacturing. Scheduled 40 hours a week, overtime eligible, rotating weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

· Learn to consistently and accurately process and package product based on customer need.

· Assist engineers with set-up and implementation of new and existing processes

· Assist the management team in identifying process improvements

· Responsible for scale calibration and understanding proper documentation standards.

· Coordinate with other team members to move pallets once full and have new pallets started

· Ability to become forklift certified
