Job Description

Primary Job Duties:
 

   Making phone calls and answering questions about setting up events at locations

   Complete reservation bookings per script and booking guidelines

   Email corporate clients about setting up events at their stores

   Greeting and assisting all walk-in inquiries

   Being knowledgeable of all aspects of the event set up and answering questions accordingly

   Maintaining logs accurately

   Calling past events and trying to get them to rebook.

   Communicating with staff about special needs of clients

   Maintaining cleanliness of the event

   Understanding the cash out process and having the ability to properly cash out an event

   Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager

   Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Qualifications

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
 

   Standing or sitting for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning

   Must be able to lift 10 lbs

   Must be able to communicate with guests and communicate via email, phone, and in person with great detail and organization


Special Requirements:
 

   Must be at least 18 years old

   Obtain training certification per company policy
