Job Description
  • Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis in a Waterfall environment.
  • Create a Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), analyze data/workflows and define the scope.
  • Participate in Gap Analysis to identify the current system's deficiencies and the requirements for the changes in the proposed system.
  • Conduct JAD sessions to develop a business solution that application meets business requirements, resolve open issues, and change requirements.
  • Create and configure new JIRA projects and worked with departments to maintain existing JIRA projects.
Qualifications
  • Master's/Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of all SDLC phases, including requirements gathering, documenting, and testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts in a fast-paced service-focused environment.
  • Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
