Job Description We are seeking an AML Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in AML risk interpretation, alert quality analysis, and data documentation and a proven ability to assess risk-based determinations and validate alert dispositions. Responsibilities: Interpret AML risk standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Perform quality analysis to determine whether alerts were properly cleared by Compliance Alert Analysts. Verify that alert data is accurately collected and documented, including investigations data, SARs, CTRs, KYC information, account and transaction data, and other relevant information. Conduct research and analyze large data sets to support investigation readiness and escalation decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of AML frameworks, including SARs, CTRs, and KYC requirements. Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills with the ability to evaluate large volumes of data. Attention to detail and documentation accuracy in compliance environments. 1-3 years of experience in AML compliance, transaction monitoring, or quality assurance.
