DSP's are independent business owners that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our team of Paradigm delivery drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer's doors on time. We offer full time employment opportunities.

Amazon Branded vehicles provided! No CDL required for delivery driver.

Job Description

Delivery driver load out time is 10:45am to 8:45pm. Shifts can range between 10-11 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days a week

Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits:

    Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

    •  Safely drive and operate your delivery driver vehicle at all times
    •  Use hand held device for routing information, GPS, customer delivery information, etc
    •  Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
    •  Load and unload packages to be delivered safely
    •  Lift packages up to 50 lbs

    * This is a physically demanding job. You'll constantly be in and out of your delivery driver vehicle delivering packages to Amazon customers. On a typical day, you'll be completing approximately 150 to 200 stops with 280 to 300 packages.

    Amazon DSP Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:

    •  Eligible to work in the U.S
    •  Must have a valid drivers license to be a delivery driver
    •  Must have reliable transportation (get you to and from work)
    •  Must have passion to serve Amazon customers
    •  Positive attitude (willing to serve others)
    •  Always be CUSTOMER OBSESSED. Deliver packages with a smile
    • Must be 21 years of age or older to be a delivery driver
