This person will work closely alongside other team members to drive change, processing efficiencies and maintain global standardization across all legal entities.

- Monitor the global processing of a high volume of AP invoices and expense reports by Amazon Shared Services, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Manage ad hoc projects and create ad hoc reports as needed
- Drive processing efficiencies, including managing payment runs and working with vendors regarding vendor set up or banking issues
- Manage corporate card programs, monthly reporting, account reconciliations, accruals, and calculating and correctly recording taxes
- Manage multiple AP mailboxes to ensure timely response and resolution regarding payment inquires, processing issues and other requests
