Overview:
Educational Solutions is seeking a qualified Allied Health and Nursing Instructor to lead our high school students through the Health Science CTE Pathway. This position is ideal for a nurse or healthcare professional passionate about mentoring future healthcare workers and preparing students for certification and post-secondary training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses including Health Science and Technology, Medical Terminology, Human Anatomy and Physiology, and Patient-Centered Care.
  • Develop and deliver hands-on, standards-aligned instruction that prepares students for healthcare careers.
  • Guide students in understanding medical ethics, patient interaction, anatomy, and foundational health science concepts.
  • Collaborate with local healthcare providers to facilitate job shadowing or clinical observation opportunities.
  • Support students in career exploration and preparation for further certification or allied health studies.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Current RN or LPN license required; bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid Ohio Department of Education Career-Technical License or ability to obtain.
  • Teaching experience or training experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and mentorship skills.
