About the Role
As an Allied Health Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and managing accounts for clinical staffing opportunities (e.g., medical assistants, phlebotomists, lab techs, imaging professionals, etc.). This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through prospecting and networking with healthcare facilities
  • Manage client relationships and deliver custom staffing solutions
  • Lead the bid and proposal process for Allied Health staffing opportunities
  • Partner closely with internal recruitment and compliance teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records and meet sales performance targets

Requirements
