Supply Chain and AI Innovation Analyst
Role Summary
Our client is looking for a Supply Chain and AI Innovation Analyst to join their rapidly growing organization. The Supply Chain and AI Innovation Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing analytics, automation, and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and visibility across the brand. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Customer Success and IT, this role works closely with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to analyze data, build Power BI dashboards, develop AI-powered tools, and improve system integrations.
Key Results Area
  • Build AI Tools and Automation
    • Design and deploy AI copilots and intelligent agents for sales, operations, and analytics teams
    • Identify manual workflows that can be automated and build the solution
    • Integrate AI capabilities with Salesforce, Power BI, TMS, WMS, and other platforms
    • Prototype new AI solutions and scale the ones that work
  • Deliver Analytics and Dashboards
    • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that track operational KPIs and financial metrics
    • Analyze freight, routing, service level, and cost data to surface actionable insights
    • Partner with leadership to define and track the metrics that matter the most
    • Develop predictive models to improve planning and forecasting accuracy
  • Improve Systems and Data Pipelines
    • Enhance integration between Salesforce, TMS, WMS, and BI platforms
    • Build data pipelines that connect internal and third-party systems
    • Eliminate manual data-wrangling processes through smart automation
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, computer science, supply chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in analytics, BI, automation, or AI development
  • Hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis
  • Experience building or implementing automation or AI-enabled solutions
