Entry Level Aerospace Job Duties:
  • Prepare aerospace parts for painting by cleaning, masking, and organizing components.
  • Apply coatings according to work instructions and quality specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure paint quality and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work area and support production with part handling and related tasks.
 
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
 
Pay:
  • 1st shift pay $20.77 per hour
  • 2nd shift pay $20.77 + $1.00 shift differential=$21.77
  • 3rd shift pay $20.77 + $1.50 shift differential=$22.27
 
Entry Level Aerospace Requirements:
  • 6+ months of relevant recent work experience
  • Ability to pass a basic math and reading comprehension test
  • Capable of lifting up to 40+ lbs
  • Comfortable working in a production and blasting environment
