What does an entry level aerospace sales engineer do?

An Entry Level Aerospace Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the sales of aerospace products and services by combining technical knowledge with customer relationship skills. They assist senior sales engineers in identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and preparing proposals or quotations. Their role often includes learning about aerospace products, collaborating with engineering teams, and attending customer meetings or industry events. Over time, they develop expertise to independently manage accounts and drive sales growth. This position is ideal for recent engineering graduates interested in a blend of technical and commercial work.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an entry level aerospace sales engineer, and why are they important?
