You will work out of our Woburn, MA location on an On-site, work schedule. Day shift 6:30am start time.
As a Test Technician Level 5, you'll perform operational testing on a variety of moderately complex RF and microwave production components of varying complexity. This can be tasks including but not limited to: set-up, calibration, and testing and troubleshooting of instruments, RF and DC circuits, assemblies, components, and other systems and equipment. In the Production Test Technician role, you'll be critical to the successful production and technical support for our Engineering and other teams in ensuring our products achieve their intended functions and delivery schedule in a satisfactory manner to all of our customers.
You'll use your skills to work on Low to Medium Complexity Hardware, under general supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Determines compliance to test specifications, using methods and procedures from drawings, standard work and diagrams.
  • May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
  • May provide guidance to entry level production test technicians and support workers in the execution of production testing tasks.
  • Measure medium complexity hardware.

  • Maintain required certifications.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Test Technician in a manufacturing/electronics environment
  • Knowledge of equipment associated within the Test functions in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise)
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges
  • Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams
  • valid security clearance either or the ability to obtain one

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or military industry.
  • Good manual dexterity and experience/willingness to work using a microscope and small hand-tools.

  • Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, small tools, or controls
  • Reach with hands and arms
  • Sitting. At times, looking through a microscope
  • Standing or walking for prolonged periods of time
  • Frequently required to stand; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Repeat the same movements
  • Occasionally lifting of light items weighing 5 to 10 pounds
  • Make quick, precise adjustments to machine controls
  • Objects weighing 30 pounds or more must be accompanied by automation or second person to avoid injury

The hannual for this position is $98,000- 130,000.. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline.
