Aerospace Engineer – Entry Level (10 Openings)

Job Overview

We are hiring motivated and detail-oriented Aerospace Engineers for multiple entry-level openings in Rockford, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates who are passionate about aerospace systems, aircraft technologies, manufacturing, testing, and product development.

Candidates will work alongside experienced engineering teams supporting aerospace and defense programs in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support aerospace product design, development, and testing activities

  • Assist in system integration, validation, and troubleshooting

  • Work with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams

  • Analyze engineering data, technical drawings, and specifications

  • Participate in testing, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and safety regulations

  • Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in:

    • Aerospace Engineering

    • Mechanical Engineering

    • Electrical Engineering

    • Manufacturing Engineering

    • Systems Engineering

    • or related engineering discipline

  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals

  • Knowledge of CAD tools, manufacturing processes, or aerospace systems is a plus

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to work onsite in Rockford, IL

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Internship or academic project experience in aerospace or defense

  • Familiarity with:
