Position Summary: This position is located at Robins AFB, GA. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide sustaining engineering support for F-15 Integrity Engineering, including field and depot troubleshooting and engineering problem solving, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) support, Technical Order development, engineering support for structural aircraft modifications, reliability and maintainability investigations, and structural integrity program support. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Due to requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Graduate degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
1 or more years work experience
Experience with aircraft structural fatigue and repair
Familiarity with principles of fracture mechanics
CAD (Nx, Solidworks) experience
USAF or Navy aircraft experience
