No previous recruiting or staffing experience is required. You will receive structured training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support as you build your recruiting skills and professional network.

What Youโ€™ll Do


  • Build lasting personal and professional relationships with candidates and consultants
  • Partner with the sales team to understand each clientโ€™s hiring needs and develop an effective recruiting strategy
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools
  • Interview and evaluate candidates based on their experience, skills, career goals, and fit for available opportunities
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through each stage of the interview process
  • Provide resume coaching, interview preparation, feedback, and offer support
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and advocate for them throughout their job search
  • Support consultants through onboarding and throughout the duration of their assignments
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working toward weekly activity, interview, and placement goals
  • Set personal and team goals through regular coaching and development sessions with your manager
