The Vinyl Room is a family-owned custom printing company with five locations across Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. We specialize in Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, vinyl cutting, sublimation, and custom apparel — serving thousands of customers who trust us to bring their ideas to life.

The Opportunity


We're looking for a **Digital Print Operator** to join our production team in Florence. This is a full-time position with real career potential for someone who wants to build a future in custom printing and production management.

What You'll Do


- Operate and maintain DTF printers and related production equipment

- Prepare and process artwork files using RIP software

- Perform daily cleaning, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance

- Monitor color accuracy and print quality throughout production runs

- Manage production queues and meet daily deadlines

- Assist with material handling, inventory management, and job prep

- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency

What We're Looking For


**Required:**

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of your work


**Preferred (but we'll train the right person):**
