We're looking for a People Experience Assistant to join our People & Impact team and help create an exceptional experience for employees from their first day to their career growth within Bigfoot.

You'll work closely with recruiting, onboarding, employee communication, training, payroll support, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives that impact employees across the company.

What You'll Do
Support New Hires & Employee Transitions
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and promoted employees
  • Schedule orientations, training, and onboarding requirements
  • Manage pre-employment processes including background checks and drug screens
  • Maintain onboarding documentation and ensure required tasks are completed
  • Partner with managers to create a consistent and welcoming onboarding experience
Help Employees Get the Support They Need
  • Serve as a resource for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, uniforms, HR systems, and company resources
  • Support employee communication efforts across multiple platforms
  • Help ensure employees receive timely, accurate information and follow-up
Support Recruiting & Talent Pipelines
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Assist with job postings and recruiting logistics
  • Support sourcing and outreach efforts for operational and entry-level positions

Support People Operations
