Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, assist with daily office operations, and help maintain an organized and efficient work environment. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to develop their skills in a professional setting.
This position is Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. This position can be part-time or full-time. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person 
  • Assist in client experience and engagement 
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes 
  • Write emails, memos, and letters, and distribute them appropriately
  • Contribute to company reports
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures 
  • Assist in sales support 
  • Assist day-to-day operations and report directly to the CEO, Director, and Manager(s)
  • Record data for employees, including addresses, earnings, sales documentation, time off, performance appraisals, and more
  • Handle recruiting, job board posting and responses, scheduling interviews, and conducting basic onboarding for new employees
  • Support HR staff with documentation, processing paperwork, and more
  • Answer phones, relay messages, and manage staff questions on HR-related matters as needed
  • Perform regular audits of documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of documentation and staff issues, as required
  • Assist with payroll and data entry. 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Pay rate- $17.00 to $21.00 during probationary period.Â
