Major Responsibilities/Activities

The Encompass Administrator will handle the day to day tasks associated with the maintenance and resolution of problems with the Encompass software platform. This includes adding new users, upgrading the software and assisting users with their questions and concerns involving the software.

Duties/Functions/Tasks
  • Work within company policies, guidelines and work flow to set up and configure Encompass360.
  • Design and implement solutions by creating new workflows, input forms, pipeline views, dashboards, reports, and print forms.
  • Collaborates with Senior Management to develop a system of workflow rules and management dashboard.
  • Setup of new employees/application users and assist with new-hire training.
  • Maintain all system settings as applicable to ongoing business needs.
  • Take an active role in cross-departmental projects when needed.
  • Analyze formal test results to discover and resolve defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues of ongoing configurations.
  • Produce reports and documentation for all testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging, and tracking.
  • Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project managers and Sr. Management.
  • Assist requestors in determining exactly what their requirements are, which may require differentiating what the requestor is asking from what they need.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and act as the subject matter expert, answering support tickets as assigned.
  • Create and execute test scripts, cases, and scenarios that will determine optimal system performance according to specifications.
Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with Sr. Management about progress on ongoing projects; meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate reports to ensure data integrity, as well as derive patterns, trends, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience identifying data integrity issues.
  • Ability to work with employees of all departments, including managers and executives, in person, on the phone and via email.
  • Experience setting up and configuring business application software. Mortgage application background is a plus.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software testing solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
