Key Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare, review, and enter invoices into the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and financial records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and payroll-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
- Support account reconciliations and audit preparation.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Prepare financial spreadsheets, reports, and summaries using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage confidential financial information with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
