Entry-Level Accounting Operations Specialist

Hiring Immediately! We're looking to bring someone on board ASAP. The interview process consists of one 30-minute onsite interview, with same-day feedback from the hiring team.


Join a well-established accounting team supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Accounting Support who is looking for a long-term opportunity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable invoices and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Enter accounting data into the ERP system
  • Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare invoice payments, expense vouchers, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and files
  • Generate routine accounting reports
  • Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze accounting data
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries


Qualifications
